Shipping Policy

PanrutiMart accepts product orders for delivery within India. Delivery availability, shipping charges, and timelines depend on the customer delivery pincode and courier serviceability.

Delivery areas

We currently support orders within India. The same weight-based delivery rates apply across our supported Indian delivery locations.

Shipping charges

Delivery is calculated from your pincode and total order weight. Up to 500 g / up to 1 kg: Tamil Nadu Rs. 60 / Rs. 70; other southern states Rs. 80 / Rs. 120; rest of India Rs. 100 / Rs. 150. Other southern states include Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Kerala, and Puducherry. Above 1 kg, each additional 500 g or part thereof costs Rs. 35. The total weight includes all products and quantities in your order. For example, 1.5 kg costs Rs. 105 and 2 kg costs Rs. 140.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are processed after order confirmation. Dispatch and delivery timelines may vary based on product availability, payment confirmation, courier pickup, public holidays, weather, and location.

Tracking

After dispatch, PanrutiMart may update the order with courier name, external courier tracking ID, and fulfillment notes. Customers can check order status from the tracking page or their account order history.

Incorrect address or failed delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, phone number, city, state, and pincode. Extra courier charges may apply if an order needs to be resent because of an incorrect address, unreachable customer, or failed delivery attempt.
